A prestigious Scientific Committee for an ambitious FEDE Research Institute!

The FEDE, committed to offering everyone the means to think and act correctly has created a Research Institute, dedicated to the science of education and the problematic of professionalization and new professions.

The FEDE Research Institute intends to show that new ideas help companies to innovate, transform and increase effectiveness and that knowledge should be put to the service of education and employment and that grey matter can and should constitute an unquestionable added value for companies of today and tomorrow.

Placed under the direct supervision of Pr Jean-Louis Bischoff, the FEDE Research Institute relies on a scientific council of 10 international personalities recognized for their expertise and their international networks.

Jean-Louis Bischoff
Scientific Director

Informations

Jean-Louis Bischoff holds a Ph.D. (École Pratique des Hautes Études) and is a qualified research director (University of Artois).

He holds a diploma from IFER (Institute for Religious Studies and Learning), and serves an associate researcher (Literature and Cultural Laboratory – in-house team member of the “Literature and Cultures of Childhood and the Youth/Robinson Center”) at the University of Artois.

A specialist of trends, Jean-Louis Bischoff has always served in the music, communication and leisure industry: from production of music performances (Elysée Montmatre), cinematographic events (Max Linder), to communication assignments (Youth Card initiative of the Secretary of State for Youth and Sport, Lille City Council, the French national lottery).

A philosophy professor in higher education, lecturer at various art and luxury higher education institutes, and at the ISP (Higher Institute of Pedagogy) in Paris on the themes of design and contemporary trends, Jean-Louis Bischoff offers research based on the philosophy of religions, the re-composition of faith and sacred aspects of contemporary pop culture, perception of trends, philosophy of education and philosophy of aesthetics.

Jean-Louis Bischoff is the FEDE Research Director, the Scientific Director at the FEDE doctoral school and Director of the Trends Division.

Alain Tobelem
Scientific Director

Informations

Alain Tobelem holds a Ph.D. in development economics (Sorbonne-Paris University), and is a qualified research director for management research (University of Nice).

He holds diplomas from Sciences Po, Institute for Higher Studies on Latin America, CELSA and Sorbonne-Paris University (Hispanic and Portuguese languages and civilizations).

He speaks four languages (French, English, Spanish and Portuguese), Alain Tobelem has worked in over 75 countries for many international organizations:

  • International Development Center (CID) in Paris alongside Josué de Castro (geopolitical expert on hunger issues);
  • UNESCO as an expert on functional adult literacy and on education economics and financing;
  • World Bank as an expert on education financing, then as the main expert on institutional development;
  • International Bureau for Employment (BIT) as project manager for the Brazilian Minister for Employment.

A qualified research director for management studies, he gives lectures on management, project management and competitive intelligence at CERAM (Sophia Antipolis, France), the National School of Administration of Portugal, the International Institute for Public Administration (IIAP, a program of the French National School for Administration-ENA), and in the ENAs in Tunisia and Rabat.

He also gives lectures on research methodology at several international universities: Nice, Shanghai and Hanoi.

Alain Tobelem is the Director of the Governance Division of the FEDE doctoral school.

Jean-Noël Vallée
Scientific Director

Informations

Jean-Noël Vallée is a medical doctor (Necker – Paris V University), a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine and a qualified research director for neuroscience research.

He also holds a Ph.D. in Physical Sciences (Paris 13 University), a graduate diploma from the Faculty of Literature (University of Lyon 3), an undergraduate diploma from the Institute of Business Administration (University of Lyon 3), a diploma from a Grande Ecole for Engineering (INSA Lyon) and a 4D Road Map International Certificate (4D work on the brain’s cellular structure).

With diplomas in Radiology and Medical Imaging, Radiosurgery and Stereotactic Radiotherapy, Jean-Noël Vallée is a specialist of Diagnostic & Interventional Neuroradiology. His expertise serves in endovascular interventions: brain aneurysms, vascular malformations and spinal conditions.

He was formerly an intern and Assistant Clinic Head for Paris public hospitals.

Jean-Noël Vallée is the Director of the Innovation Division of the FEDE doctoral school.

Jean-Michel Quillardet – expert on Society, Law, Human Rights and Secularism

Informations

Jean-Michel Quillardet is a lawyer and member of the Paris Bar.

Together with Antoine Sfeir, they founded in November 2008 the International Observatory for Secularism Against Sectarian Biases, where he serves as president.

He is also the Vice President of the “issues on society and human rights education” commission of the National Consultative Commission on Human Rights, an independent body attached to the Prime Minister’s office.

He holds a Ph.D. in Law, established the secularism chair at Sciences-Po Bordeaux and is in charge of the secularism courses at the University of Evry (France).

Antoine Godbert – Expert on European Relations and Education Policies

Informations

Antoine Godbert is the President of the European Association of Professional Training.

He is also the town councillor in charge of higher education and European relations of a town populated by 150,000 inhabitants.

An associate geography professor, he was a diplomatic adviser at the French Ministry of National Education and served as Director of Erasmus+ France education and training program.

A former student of ENA and ENS Fontenay-Saint-Cloud institutes, Antoine Godbert was a journalist, director of an educational video production company and teacher-researcher in geopolitics at ESCP-EAP institute.

Séverine Dupuy Busson
expert on Law and Communication

Informations

Séverine Dupuy Busson is a lawyer in Paris and holds a Ph.D. in Law (Paris II-Panthéon – Assas University).

She holds a graduate diploma in Communication (Paris II-Panthéon – Assas University) and a Certificate in Advanced English (Cambridge University).

She specializes in criminal law, copyright and media law.

She has published many articles in various legal journals.

Aurel Ardelean
Expert on Science and Biology

Informations

Aurel Ardelean is the Chancellor-Founder and President of the Vasile Goldis University in Arad, Romania.

A former Romanian senator, he is a graduate of the Academy of Medical Sciences, and has written over 100 publications and 300 scientific articles.

He also holds a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences.

Aurel Ardelean is the Vice Président of FEDE.

Ylljet Aliçka – Expert on International Relations and Cultural Policies

Informations

Ylljet Aliçka is an Albanian writer and scriptwriter.

A former Albanian Ambassador to France, Monaco, Portugal and UNESCO, he was appointed Personal Representative of the President of the Republic at the International Organization of La Francophonie.

Ph.D. holder in and professor of the science of teaching, he has written many novels and new scripts that regularly receive prizes at international festivals.

Notably, he wrote the script for the French-Albanian film “Slogans” which was selected at the Cannes Film Festival, prize winner of a youth’s choice award (in the “Best Foreign Film” category), and submitted by Albania for the 74th Oscar Academy Awards Oscars in the “Oscar for the Best Film in a Foreign Language” category.

François-Bernard Huyghe
Expert on Information and Strategy

Informations

François-Bernard Huygue is a geopolitics expert.

He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and is a qualified research director for information and communication science research. He is a research director at the Institute for International and Strategic Relations (IRIS), where he created the Geostrategic Observatory of Online Information.

François-Bernard Huyghe was a television producer, prior to proceeding to international public service in the “Communication & Culture” branch of UNESCO.

He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Higher Council for Training and Strategic Research, a lecturer and the author of about twenty publications.

Michel Maffesoli
Expert on Sociology and Humanities

After studies in philosophy, theology and sociology, Michel Maffesoli achieved a Ph.D. in Sociology, followed by a Ph.D. in Literature and Humanities.

Michel Maffesoli holds an honorary Ph.D. degree from Universidade do Minho (Braga, Portugal), University of Bucharest (Romania), PUC of Porto Alegre (Brazil) and the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico City (Mexico).

A professor emeritus at the University of Paris Descartes, he is a member of the University Institute of France> and the European Academy of Sciences and Arts. He heads the Center for Studies on Current and Daily Issues (CEAQ) and the Center for Research on Imagination (CRI).

Michel Maffesoli is also an administrator of the French National Research Center (CNRS).

Rewarded for his academic work by the Andrée Gautier Essay Award in 1990 for his publication “The Depths of Appearances” and the Grand Prix for Humanities of the Académie Française in 1992 for “Transfiguration of Politics”, he pursues a rich career as a professor both in France and abroad.

Michel Maffesoli is a leading personality in the European and international intellectual realms.

Abdelhak Moutawakkil – Expert on Education, Training and Human Resources

Informations

Abdelhak Moutawakkil holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (dual degree delivered by the ENPC National School of Civil Engineering and the Pierre and Marie Curie – Paris VI University).

He served as the Director of the Moroccan Bureau of Professional Training and Job Promotion (OFPPT), National Director of the fight against illiteracy at the Moroccan Ministry of Social Development, Solidarity and Employment, and Educational Director of the MBA program of the National Civil Engineering and Hassania Schools in Morocco, and as the Director of Forma-Dev Consultants (a consultancy agency specialized in education, training and human resources).

Abdelhak Moutawakkil is the Chairman of Sup RH, a management and human resources management institute in Morocco.

Patrick VIEU – doctor of philosophy and a former ENA student

Where and what did you study ?

I am a graduate of ENA (the Gambetta promotion), and graduated from the Paris Institute of Political Studies in 1988. I also hold a PhD in philosophy; my thesis was about Adam Fergusson, a Scottish enlightenment philosopher.

What are the highlights of your recent career path?

I was in turn (2008-2011) director of rail services and director of transport services in the “Direction générale des infrastructures, des transports et de la mer” (DGITM du ministère  de l’Écologie, de l’Énergie, du Développement durable et de l’Aménagement du territoire) (General Directorate for Infrastructure, Transport and the Sea) (GD of ITM of the Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Spatial Planning). As a ENA’er I also passed through the Court of Accounts, the Council of State and the administrative court.

Have you  also been  a part of a political cabinet?

Exactly, in May 2012 I was appointed as an adviser to François Hollande for the environment and the territories; in this role I worked a lot (among other things) on topics such as transport and ecological transition

What is your professional news?

As an adviser to the chairwoman I have taken a place on the General Council for the Environment and Sustainable Development.

CHANTAL LAPEYRE- DESMAISON
A professor, dancer and playwright

Informations

Chantal Lapeyre-Desmaison is an associate of Lettres Modernes, (Modern  literature) a Doctor of Contemporary Literature and authorised to  oversee research (University of Bordeaux III). She is currently Professor of Universities in French Literature at the University of Artois since 2010, and was a Lecturer at the University of Burgundy from 2004 to 2010. She has received training in classical, contemporary and baroque dance. Her current research focuses on baroque and contemporary dance, as well as on the status and problems of the body in contemporary literature and youth literature. She is the author of numerous publications and articles such as Mémoires de l’origine (Memories of origin) (Les Flohic Editions, 2001, Galileo 2006), Pascal Quignard le Solitaire, rencontre avec Chantal  LapeyreDesmaison,(2001,2006) Résonances du réel, de Balzac à Pascal Quignard  (Resonance of reality, from Balzac to Pascal Quignard (L’Harmattan, 2011) or Pascal Quignard La Voix de la danse (Pascal Quignard The Voice of Dance) (Septentrion, 2013). Trained in Classical and Baroque Dance Chantale Lapeyre created the Issé Compagnie with choreographer Nick Nguyen and is the author of the booklets of a play entitled Conversations autour de Psyché (Conversations around the Psyche), as well as publications on the Paris Opera’s programming.
