The Institut d’Enseignement Supérieur par Alternance (IESA) is a private higher educational institution founded in 1986. It offers a range of programmes ranging from CAP to master’s level, including stateaccredited qualifications, state-certified RNCP (Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles) qualifications and European degrees.

In order to enrich its students’ studies, the IESA works with a large number of SMEs/SMIs and leading companies in Alsace and Lorraine. These businesses cover a range of sectors including IT, food, temping, industry, the services sector, real estate, the car industry, and more.

The IESA is today a unique business school offering qualification-granting programmes with a focus on professionalisation. It promotes practice-based learning in the workplace so as to ensure all its students have excellent job prospects in the long term. Over more than 32 years, we have facilitated the academic and professional success of over 5000 young people enrolled in full-time programmes, sandwich training or continuing education. Many of our graduates now recruit IESA students for their company’s sandwichtraining contracts or internships.
