Luc Pons: a lawyer specialised in business law has joined the FEDE Panel of Experts

What did you study? After graduating from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (1991), I obtained several further qualifications: a certificate in criminology (1993), a French DESS in business and tax law (1994), and a degree in business law consulting in 1994. What have been the highlights of your career? I obtained the French CAPA (professional certificate required to practise as a lawyer) in 1995. I have 15 years’ experience as a lawyer in Paris. I’m currently associate lawyer at the firm Racine, where I focus on general business law and issues relating to mergers and acquisitions. And what about teaching? For the moment I’ve studied more than I’ve taught. I’m currently a contract lecturer at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Appliquées au Droit (HEAD) in Paris.

A great illustration of the social economy Marc Delachaussée, a member of the FEDE Panel of Experts, has just created a committee of experts within his own company! Its members have diverse backgrounds (law, economics and accounting) and intend to pool their skills to help businesses in difficulty. Inspired by the social economy, the initiative aims, among other things, to help prevent bankruptcies. Marc Delachaussée is also a teacher at Cergy Pontoise University, where he teaches business finance.
