Our membership of the MFR network gives the Maison de la Maintenance a capital experience of 80 years of work-study practice. For MFRs, work-study is a skills development tool based on a partnership between the company, the young person and the training centre. It allows: young people to combine professional experience and qualifying training, leading them to develop the skills required to exercise their profession, and companies to have skills adapted to their specific needs.
