OVERVIEW OF THE INSTITUTION

Opus Formation is a training center / CFA (Apprentice Training Center) specialising in the recruitment and vocational training of people in studying at an adult age and jobseekers.

We offer various training (inter and intra: in our premises or in your company) for food trades (butcher, fishmonger, kitchen, room service), trade, sales and mass distribution with more of 50 professional trainers.

In order for the training to be complete and as close as possible to reality, our desire is to continue to invest in technical platforms where the learners are in real situations and better understand “real life”.

Thus, the learners will therefore work in different professional environments, according to their trades, in a real fishmonger for example where they will receive orders, scale the fish, rub shoulders with customers… The cooks and servers will be in a restaurant open every day in constant contact with customers.
