PRESENTATION

Vilnius Business College (VBC) is a modern higher education institution in Lithuania offering professional bachelor’s degree programmes in business management, information technologies, and languages. Established in 1989, VBC focuses on practical, innovation-driven education, entrepreneurship, and international collaboration. The college integrates applied research, digital learning, and student-centered teaching to prepare graduates for the global labor market. VBC maintains active partnerships with universities and enterprises across Europe, supports student mobility through Erasmus+, and promotes lifelong learning, creativity, and social responsibility within an inclusive academic environment.

RESEARCH PROGRAMME

Vilnius Business College (VBC) implements applied research activities integrated with its study programmes, focusing on innovation, entrepreneurship, information technologies, and sustainable development. Research is organized through thematic clusters in health technologies, agri-food innovation, cybersecurity, and business finance. VBC participates in national and international R&D projects (e.g. INOPAY, MISCANTHUS, EIT Deep Tech Talent) and organizes annual scientific conferences such as Agents of Impact. Partnerships include educational institutions such as Warsaw School of Computer Science, Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, École hôtelière de Lausanne, Alberta College (Latvia), Lithuania Business University of Applied Sciences.
