STRENGTHS OF THE INSTITUTION

  • Vocational training requires that the knowledge acquired day after day can be directly an added value in business activity.
  • UTEC teachers are above all, trainers, experts in their field of expertise whose primary motivation is to be the facilitator of the transfer of their knowledge and know-how.
  • The learner at UTEC develops professional skills. He is accompanied in his reflections to enable him when he returns to the company to be at the initiative of problem solving and to effectively apply his new knowledge. These notions allow our apprentices to become autonomous, actors of their progress but also to develop their critical sense, essential for the development of self-confidence and therefore of their leadership potential.
  • UTEC’s desire is to develop competitiveness among our young people through teamwork. The spirit of collaboration is stimulated through case studies and educational projects in order to increase the speed of analysis and decision-making. These techniques facilitate the integration of knowledge, we are in the notion of “Learning by doing”.
  • The learner is the actor of his training and his progress. Our apprentices thus exceed the objectives to be achieved by seeking to go even further, which allows us to regularly find our young people in the first places in professional competitions.
  • Our pedagogy is centred on the personal and individual success of each one.
